Money Back GuaranteeHere is our performance Guarantee. If your printhead nozzles aren't recovered, we will give you a refund. We want your printhead to work in your printer. There are a small percentage of printheads that will fail to function after we recover them due to extensive nozzle wear, damage or electronics failure. With our refund policy you can be assured that we stand behind our work.

If we send you a recovered printhead that still doesn't work properly in your printer, we ask that you do the following:

  • Contact us and send the printhead back for a secondary cleaning. Sometimes something loosens in shipping and reclogs the nozzle or even a bank of nozzles.
  • If after the secondary cleaning your printhead still doesn't work properly, we will issue you a refund on the amount you paid us including the return shipping charge (Ground shipping Only)

Limitations & Exclusions:

  1. Our refund is limited to the cleaning price and the return shipping (Ground Shipping Only.) We cannot refund any 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Shipping Charges. We will refund the amount that Ground Shipping would have cost from your total shipping cost.
  2. We cannot refund any shipping insurance that you bought from us.
  3. We cannot refund the shipping charges you paid to send us the printhead.
  4. We are not liable if you printhead has more unrecoverable nozzles after we clean it. This can happen once in awhile.
  5. We are not liable for any lost production time or loss of any of your customers' orders.
  6. We are not liable for the cost of removing and/or installing of printhead(s).
  7. We are not liable for the cost of calibrating your machine.
  8. We are not liable if you damage your machine while installing or removing a printhead, calibrating your machine or any other procedure.
  9. We are not liable or any direct or indirect damages resulting from our service.
